Refund policy

We offer free refunds/returns or exchanges on all new products for 14 days since the date of purchase. Of course all accepted returned items should be in new condition.

Please Note If your order inside cairo and was over 2000 EGP and after the refund would go below 2000 EGP

Then:

You'll be charged 50 EGP delivery fees of the original order. (which will be deducted from the refund)

Beause we charge 50 EGP for delivery for orders under 2000 EGP and Free Shipping for orders over 2000 EGP

if after refund/exchange the order total stays above 2000 EGP then nothing is charged.
